Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://multichecker.vercel.app (the “Service”), operated by MultiChecker (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
MultiChecker provides a collection of free, browser-based utilities for search engine optimisation, content analysis, social media management, marketing calculation and software development. All computation occurs client-side in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or process the inputs you provide to the tools.
2. Licence to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for lawful purposes. You may use the outputs produced by the tools — including generated HTML tags, JSON-LD snippets, UTM URLs, campaign figures and optimised images — in both personal and commercial projects without attribution.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the Service.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except as permitted by law.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce the Service on another website without written permission.
4. No Professional Advice
The Service provides heuristic analysis and calculations for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional SEO, legal, financial, tax, or marketing advice. Scores, grades and recommendations generated by the tools are based on published specifications and industry best practice, but no third-party tool can guarantee how a search engine, advertising platform or regulator will behave.
You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the output of the Service. Where the stakes are material, consult a qualified professional.
5. Accuracy and Availability
We aim to keep the Service accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service's design, source code, written guides, and branding are owned by MultiChecker and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
Content that you paste into the tools remains entirely yours. Because we never receive it, no licence over your content is granted to us.
7. Third-Party Links and Advertising
The Service contains links to third-party websites and displays third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiChecker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MultiChecker and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any individual tool) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date will be amended. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MultiChecker is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MultiChecker regarding the Service.
